After five beautiful years of cooking and hosting in the Netherlands, life has brought me to the sunny Costa Blanca, where I continue to do what I love most, creating memorable dining experiences around the table.

With Ciel’s Table Tales, I offer private dining experiences on the Costa Blanca for all kinds of gatherings. Think intimate dinners, walking dinners, garden parties, relaxed drinks with beautiful bites, weddings, and special celebrations. Every event is personal and carefully curated, a moment where you and your guests can slow down, connect, and truly enjoy the evening together.

I don’t just cook, I love to create the full atmosphere around the table. I have a large collection of unique tableware, linens, and styling elements, allowing me to design the entire table setting and ambiance. From rustic and natural to elegant and festive, the styling becomes part of the story of the evening and completes the experience.

A special element that makes many of our dinners even more magical is the music. My boyfriend Jip is a singer and guitarist, and together we often combine dinner with live music. While guests enjoy the courses, Jip creates a warm and intimate atmosphere with acoustic songs, turning the evening into something truly special.

We can also take care of the drinks. From carefully selected wines with optional wine pairings to non-alcoholic options and aperitifs, everything can be arranged to complement the dishes and the mood of the evening.

All dishes I serve are vegetarian. My mission is to show how exciting, rich, and surprising the vegetarian kitchen can be. Expect bold flavors, beautiful seasonal ingredients, and dishes that make vegetables the star of the table.

In our garden here on the Costa Blanca, we grow flowers, fruits, and vegetables that often find their way directly onto the plate. I cook with the seasons and let myself be inspired by what nature offers at that moment. This makes every menu unique and connected to the time and place where it’s served.

A dinner with Ciel’s Table Tales is not just about food, it’s about the whole experience. Time slows down, guests are taken care of from beginning to end, and the table becomes a place where stories are shared, laughter flows, and memories are made.
